Homebuilder Miller Homes is proudly announcing a successful feat at its Catterall development, Beacon Park, which has now officially sold all 200 homes.
The development, which launched in early 2018, brought a number of quality, energy efficient homes to the Lancashire village of Catterall. The homes, a mix of 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom properties, all feature modern open-plan layouts with space for remote working.
Of the purchasers, 59 per cent were second steppers, followed by 31 per cent being first time buyers, taking advantage of generous schemes offered by both Miller Homes and the government.
Clare Noakes, sales director of Miller Homes North West, commented: “Beacon Park has been a hugely popular development due to the quality of homes and its excellent location. We’re delighted that the community is now complete.”
A purchaser on the development added: “As well as loving our new home, the Miller Homes team has been fantastic throughout. We love the best of both worlds with the countryside on their doorstep.”
Throughout the development’s life time, Miller Homes has contributed in abundance to the local community. Most recently, the homebuilder made donations to local sporting clubs in Garstang area, including a donation to the Garstang Gators, which helped the club to celebrate their summer Medals Gala in style. Contributions of £1.1m were also made by Miller Homes via a section 106 agreement, which was split between improvements to primary education, travel plans and transport works.
