Alden Green Developments, the Rossendale-based development and investment company, has let a unit of 3,750 sq ft to MCD Group at Tower Business Park at J4 M65.
Headlam own 56 businesses across Europe and are a market leader. Last year, the company turned over £654m with a profit of £36.8m.
Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw, who negotiated the transaction, said: "This is a fantastic start for the development to have pre-let a unit to such a large company.
