Rossendale-based managed IT and communications specialist Matrix 247 has bought for an undisclosed sum by business techology provider Focus Group.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Focus Group's market position and expands its service offerings.
Matrix247 has established a stellar reputation, particularly within the legal services and education sectors.
Its omni-channel contact centre solutions align perfectly with Focus Group's expertise, strengthened further by its recent investment in Make.Contact, which specialises in Puzzel technologies.
This news marks a further step in Focus Group’s progressive drive towards offering customer-centric solutions to businesses across the UK, whilst delivering an unparalleled level of service, support and value to customers from an integrated network of regional hubs.
For Matrix247, the acquisition provides significant opportunities for growth and enhanced service delivery.
