Here are a few simple tips to keep your business simmering during these crazy times.
Build trust
Ask people, while they're all sitting at home, to write you a review or case study. Or even film a testimonial. Social proof and a fabulous reputation is a powerful differentiator between a good business and an amazing business.
Content
Get creative and start writing some great content. It’s all about creating value: sharing your expertise to help your audience. Show them that you're the authority in your sector.
Website
Give your website a good old tidy up. Clear out any old content, add in new and more relevant stuff.
Innovate
It's fairly clear that things will change even after the lockdown. How can you adapt your business to overcome any social distancing, or remodel what you do to adapt to a changing future? We have helped several of our clients become much more digital and virtual in their offering.
Learn
There are a ton of companies out there doing free or discounted courses. What better time to learn a new skill or upskill yourself on areas you're a bit rusty on? Every day’s a school day when it comes to running a better business.
Network
I have several virtual meetings during a week with fellow directors and business owners, all discussing challenges, ideas and more. It's a great opportunity to take stock and reassess your business.
There's a ton more I can suggest. If you would like any more free help and advice, drop me a line, I'll be happy to help.
