Mark joins as the Blackburn-based plastic injection moulding specialist reaches ever closer to its target of £12m annual turnover. "It's really good to be back," said Mark. "There's a real buzz about the place. The team is really motivated and the company is growing at an unprecedented pace."Mark, who is from nearby Burnley, began his engineering career in 1985 serving his apprenticeship in toolmaking. He moved into the automotive sector in 1995, and then served as a project engineer for a decade. Mark then spent six years as a technical sales manager with MGS and six more in a similar role with Patterson and Rothwell
He added: "After six years away, I realised it was the perfect time to join the team again. It's been really great to see that many of the jobs I introduced first time around are still here, proving that this is a business that thinks long-term." MGS has also internally recruited two roles for trainee toolroom maintenance and trainee technician.
