Leading recruitment company Service Care Solutions is celebrating success after reaching its 15th anniversary.
The agency, based in Starkie Street in Preston, has seen significant growth in recent years and celebrated by throwing a party for its 100 staff at its recently-refurbished offices.
Managing director Richard Freye comments, “This milestone is a significant one in our vision of long term sustainability. 15 years ago, in my back bedroom in SE London, I would never have imagined that we would be such a dynamic, established and family-focused team. Growing to over 100 employees, promoting fairness and equality, seeing how every person is supported and seeing our bright future is an incredible feeling.

Freye started the company in 2005 from home, with two phones and a desire to provide a great service to both clients and candidates. Fast-forward fifteen years and the company’s success is plain to see.

Service Care Solutions specialises in recruiting across eight divisions, (Healthcare, Mental Health, Social Housing, Construction, Legal, Probation, Criminal Justice and Social Work). It employs over eighty-five consultants, all experts in their industry, as well as specialist compliance, finance and HR teams. The Preston-based company operates nationwide for a number of private clients, local authorities and NHS Trusts.
