"We found this house with a field out the back, which was perfect, but the house itself is a big renovation project.  We probably just had enough money to get the house, but certainly didn't have enough money to do the renovation."

"We found a really nice architect who is local and he helped us design this little horseshoe, which we really like. We've really relied on the expertise of others and we're both teachers, so not clued up in any way!"
