Managing director, Mark Wiggan, said: "We thought it made sense to come away from the town centre as people always perceived we were next to the M65 motorway network, we are now easily accessible off the M65 motorway and find candidates come from far and wide.
"The offices are spacious and can easily accommodate any future expansion, but they are more than adequate for what we need at the moment. Moving to new offices has been an enormous boost to the team; recently we have introduced uniforms as we want to portray a more corporate image.
"We could easily expand into other sectors, but for now we are better playing to our strengths enabling us to deliver an excellent service to current and potential clients. In time we may expand in to other towns or diversify into other areas that fit well with recruitment.
"We are also introducing 'Temp of the Month' which will see the best performing temporary person winning a price, as well as 'Candidate of the Month' where the candidate has secured a permanent job through M65. "We have a team that is committed and professional with a real vision that has created the blue print for the future."
