Sold for an undisclosed amount, Lytham based P&S Consulting Engineers has purchased the 2,000 sq ft Georgian property at 31 Winckley Square and Preston based Hazelwells Estate Agents has completed on the adjacent 2,800 sq ft property at number 32.Raymond Green, commercial property partner at Linder Myers in Preston said: “Winckley Square has historically been a much sought after hotspot with its magnificent Grade II properties and central location making it an ideal spot for business premises.
