Linder Myers has boosted its team in Lancashire with the appointment of two new solicitors in its trusts and estates and commercial litigation departments.
Laura Hallett Lea joins as a commercial litigation solicitor from Marsden Rawsthorn. Laura specialises in all aspects of property litigation including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property disputes, residential tenant evictions and agricultural disputes. Mrs Lea is also a solicitor advocate.Eve Carter joins from O’ Donnells, and formerly Foot Anstey LLP, as a trusts & estates solicitor specialising in Court of Protection matter, deputyships, Elderly Client Law, estate planning, Powers of Attorney and wills.
The firm recently announced the appointment of new medical negligence solicitor Debora Harrison and legal executive Diane Matthews also joined the Lancashire team in October in the firm’s corporate and commercial department.
