Matthew, who specialises in residential valuation work and is a RICS Registered Valuer and Chartered Building Surveyor, has 20 years of industry experience having worked for a large national corporate firm of valuers and other professional surveying companies before setting up his own successful surveying firm in 2016.
As a partner at Lea Hough, Matthew will continue to serve his client base in the Lancaster area whilst also working across the firm’s main offices in Preston and Blackburn.Commenting on the move, Matthew Parkinson said: “I have really enjoyed forming and building up my own successful surveying practice over the past two years, but when the opportunity to become part of Lea Hough arose, it was an easy decision to make.
