Harrison Drury has appointed a new learning and development manager to support with developing its team and nurturing future talent.
Lisa Edwards will be responsible for developing and managing the firm’s learning initiatives and supporting the personal and professional growth of its staff across all levels and disciplines.
She joins after spending three years as head of learning and development with the Staffordshire Police and has over 20 years of experience implementing learning and development strategies.
As part of her role, Lisa will enhance and manage the HD Academy - an internal programme designed to provide its people with the training and skills required to succeed in their role.

Lisa is also a member of the CIPD and is currently studying a L7 ILM in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
