London-based consultancy Excello Law has announced four new appointments to its Lancashire team.
Chris Crawley, Matthew Scott, Katie McAlister and Emma Mason all join the Preston office from Coupe Bradbury Solicitors.
Matthew Scott qualified in 2006 and holds experience in corporate and commercial law. He specialises in business sales and acquisitions, encompassing both share and asset transactions.
His diverse sector experience spans childcare, care and domiciliary care, retail, and engineering. Matthew also provides legal advice to property developers, adding further depth to his practice.
Chris Crawley, a qualified solicitor since 2017, brings knowledge of commercial real estate matters. His experience includes property development, real estate finance, pension scheme transfers, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work, option and overage agreements, as well as residential conveyancing.
Emma Mason and Katie McAlister, both qualified in 2022, offer comprehensive counsel across corporate and real estate matters.
Chris said: "We explored various options, but Excello stood out from the first discussion as the 'complete' package and the best fit for myself and the rest of the team. I already know some people at Excello, which allowed me to gain a clear understanding of how consultancy works and what to expect."
Julie Mogan, regional director at Excello Law, added: “We are delighted that Excello Law is the destination firm for highly experienced lawyers and are thrilled to bring our new specialists on board. They join our senior legal team in the North West, offering a full range of commercial and private client legal services and will bring valuable expertise.”
