To assist us with the increased demand in fridge van conversions, we have recently invested in a state-of-the-art machining technology to support our new larger premises and new contracts gained so far this year.
The new CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining centre installed is equipped with a high-performance, multi-function worktable, incorporating a 5-axis machining head to machine plastics, resins and light alloys used in our refrigerated vans. This investment is a very exciting development for us. We anticipate that our new machine will lift our quality and productivity to a whole new level.
It will allow us to reduce production time by up to 75 per cent while producing a fridge van conversion product that is better engineered, easier to install and therefore even more effective in regulating temperature. In addition, we plan to utilise it to develop a range of new components, whilst also working on product improvements and innovations.
This expansion and investment would not have been possible without the continued support of local, national and international customers, satisfied with the level of service and quality of products we pride upon. Our continued growth demonstrates that we already have a great reputation in the temperature controlled vehicle industry, and this latest investment will assist us in becoming the market leader for fridge van conversions.Enjoyed this?
