Alan Scott, deputy director of North West Prisons, has earned a CBE for his services to the prison service and the community. Pamela Birch, executive principal of Hambleton Primary School and deputy chief executive officer of Fylde Coast Academy Trust, earned an OBE for services to education. Anita Castellina and Kathryn Heyworth both earned a BEM for services to the community in Cannock and Burnley respectively.
