Jeremy Lefton, director of Preston-based Roundhouse Properties, has been chosen as one of the North West’s stand out young business leaders, making this year’s prestigious 42 under 42 list, by one of the region’s top business journals, The Insider.
The 42 under 42 programme recognises some of the North West’s most dynamic and inspirational young entrepreneurs, celebrating their success in helping to grow the regional economy.Heading up Roundhouse Properties, the company prides itself in offering first class, office and industrial accommodation, mainly for the small to medium sized enterprise (SME) sector, in locations that are strategically positioned as well as attractive places to work. Tenants include, ITV, North West Aerospace Alliance, Morison International and the NHS to name but a few.
Lefton was singled-out for his eight years of experience in the property industry and for the hands-on role he takes with the business, whilst being heralded for achieving stunning results around the M6/M61 corridor in Lancashire.At just 29 years old Lefton has been instrumental in increasing Roundhouses' sales, in addition to leading sales at its Momentum developments at both South Rings and Buckshaw, whilst ensuring tenants are well looked after.
