Key Group, the Preston-based specialist provider of financial solutions to the over-55s, has appointed Richard Brook as its new head of strategic partner marketing.
Richard brings a wealth of experience in strategic development, planning and the implementation of effective marketing campaigns.
Most recently, he was head of B2B marketing and communications at Tenet where he led work on the rebrand of the group alongside overall marketing activity. Prior to this, he was regional university partnerships manager at FDM Group where he successfully built and maintained relationships with over 30 universities and local employers to encourage more graduates into the technology sector.
Richard has also held various senior positions including more than six years at Centrica where he oversaw investment activity for schools and the broader community.
At Key Group, Richard will be responsible for promoting the company's proposition across the mortgage clubs, networks and other strategic partners. Richard will report directly into Stuart Wilson, corporate marketing director.
He said: "I am absolutely delighted to be joining Key Group at such an interesting time for the business and the industry. I am especially looking forward to working alongside our partners to enhance later life lending options for customers. This is paramount, therefore I will be fully utilising my expertise and insight to drive this exciting agenda forward."
Stuart Wilson added: "With partnerships becoming increasingly important for Key Group and its brands, we are delighted to hire someone with the depth and breadth of experience that Richard boasts. I look forward to working closely with him as he helps us to support our partners and develop our offering in this area."
