Katie Berresford a new appointment to Swansway Group Fleet

Introducing Katie Berresford, corporate account manager at our Group Fleet operation which will include our Preston Audi and Blackburn Audi centres and our Volkswagen Van Centre Lancashire.

Katie joined us two months ago, and she tells us she is enjoying learning about the motor trade, after a successful move from her previous role in a retail design company. Katie’s wealth of experience is very welcome addition to our Group Fleet team, and we were curious to know what had promoted her to make the move.

“I was really ready for a completely different challenge, so when I saw the opportunity, I knew I had to go for it. So far, it’s been a really interesting and exciting company to work for – and of course it has been an unusual time to join a new industry – but it’s been really good and I am really enjoying it.

I love the pace and dynamism here; there is a lot of growth and investment in this area, so every day I am on the phone, making connections and finding the very best vehicles for our clients.

I have come from an organisation with a “family feel” and I was very keen to stay in that environment. The team have been really welcoming and have made sure I have everything I need to make a positive impact in my new role.”
