Wayne Eccles has been appointed construction director of Jones Homes to oversee developments across its Lancashire division.
He holds two decades of experience in management roles within the housebuilding industry. He began his career in road construction and groundworks, becoming an assistant site manager before working his way through the ranks to the role of contracts manager, a position he held for the last seven years.
Wayne is a previous winner of a House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Regional Award.
He will now be based at Jones Homes Lancashire’s head office in Lytham St Anne’s where he will head up a team of more than 20 people within the division’s construction department.
Wayne said: "I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Jones Homes, a family-owned housebuilder with a proud reputation for delivering homes of the highest standard. Building high-quality homes is what I love the most, and the Jones Homes product is second to none."
David Ruffley, regional director of Jones Homes Lancashire, said: “Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his 20 years in the industry, and we are pleased that he has chosen to take the next step in his career with Jones Homes.
"Wayne has quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team and I look forward to working alongside him to drive the business forward in the years ahead."
