We are now seeking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager to join this already experienced team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Food, beverage and bar drinks service
- Leading, motivating and training the Front of House Team, ensuring they meet required standards at all times
- Maintaining clean, tidy, well-presented and fully prepared service and dining areas
- Looking after all guests, responding promptly to and dealing with all customer queries and complaints
- Having a strong understanding of all menus and wine lists and training the Front of House Team where necessary
- Building strong relationships with the Kitchen Team, especially the Head Chef
- Co-ordinating with the Reception Team on Restaurant bookings and assisting them with room bookings and check-ins
- Leading regular team meetings and communicating with other departments
- Placing orders and managing stock levels
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong Front of House experience- ideally in a dining establishment
- Proactive, hands on and happy to lead by example
- An acute eye for detail
- Highly service driven
- Hard-working, committed and flexible
- Professional and well-presented
- Good leadership skills and strong team ethic
- Exemplary customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with the public
- Personal license is desirable
- Management experience is also desirable
