Preston-based specialist IT and Wi-Fi solutions business Infinium has unveiled ambitious UK expansion plans.
The £5m turnover business has completed two “significant strategic acquisitions” as it looks to become a national provider of its services.
Infinium is a leading provider of tailored IT and Wi-Fi solutions to the UK holiday park, leisure resort, marina and festival sectors.
It also provides services to top UK festivals such as CarFest, Pub in the Park and The Handmade Fair.
He said: “It’s a great company to work with, there is massive potential to build on the success they’ve had to date and I’m looking forward to help shape the strategy as they move on to the next phase.”
In recognition of the importance of growth through acquisitions Ian Gaskell has taken on the role of Group CFO and will continue to work closely with Peter on a day to day basis “ensuring the strategic goals are delivered”.
