Kathryn Maclennan, a specialist in all contentious and non-contentious insolvency related matters, has joined the Blackburn office of KBL Solicitors.
The experienced Partner has been in practice for more than 18 years dealing with the myriad of legal aspects of business recovery and insolvency. She joins from Hill Dickinson in Manchester.
Kathryn said: “It’s a very exciting time to be joining KBL, both Blackburn and Bolton offices are going from strength to strength with continued growth.
"I’m looking forward to building a practice here and working alongside the wider team on a broad range of matters for corporate, professional and individual clients."
Kathryn regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, creditors, debtors, bankrupts and those affected by bankruptcy and debt. Kathryn advises on both contentious and none contentious issues from technical advice to litigation.
