Chorley-based Inscape Interiors has won three new contracts to deliver its commercial washroom packages within Stockport.
The company will work with main contractor Willmott Dixon to manufacture, supply and install the washroom facilities within the new Stockport Interchange transport facility, currently under construction.
The Stockport Interchange project is a £1bn transformation of the town’s bus station into a modern transport interchange with significant public realm improvements and green space.
Inscape has also been chosen to work with the contractor on the washrooms for the high-rise residential apartments that form part of the development, due to be completed in spring 2024.
In addition, Galliford Try selected Inscape to supply and install the washrooms for 3 Stockport Exchange, a 64,000 sq ft Grade A office that forms part of Muse and Stockport Council’s new business district.
The development will also feature a new town centre hotel, leisure facilities, retail and onsite car parking all set around new public squares. The first two buildings in the £145m development are already complete, and 3 Stockport Exchange will sit alongside these.
