Miller Homes' commitment to its staff has been recognised by achieving Investors in People’s highest level Platinum accreditation – only 4% of companies in the Construction industry have attained this level of recognition.
Its North West division services towns across Lancashire and its regional head office is based at Birchwood Park in Warrington.
Investors in People (IIP) award a leading international accreditation of the same name to companies that demonstrate high performance across a range of employee-focused assessment criteria, including approach to leadership, support and development of staff.
