Following a recent rebrand, Preston based business advisors HR Savvy, formerly known as Sarah Booth HR, is going from strength to strength.
An English Language and Sociolinguistics graduate, Charlotte had previously worked in customer service focused roles and had always wanted to work in HR. When the position at HR Savvy became available, Charlotte jumped at the chance to utilise both her writing and communication skills.
“When businesses take on a HR advisor, they want someone who is approachable, straight talking and able to give practical advice on the options available to them. As part of my role I’m developing a new HR system to enable our clients to manage HR admin more effectively.
HR Savvy provides a range of HR services for small to medium sized employers and includes handling bullying cases, carrying out investigations and dismissals, to employee contracts and sickness absence management.
In addition to her day work, Charlotte is also studying towards her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources at Blackburn College. Owner of HR Savvy, Tracey Murphy added: “This is an exciting time for the business. We have had some brilliant feedback on our new name and now we are very much looking forward to building on our success in Preston and expanding the business into new avenues.”
