H Parkinson Haulage (HPH) has taken a ten year lease of 1 Aston Way, Leyland, to house warehousing facilities and eventually its head office.
The Moss Side Development Park site has a substantial yard and parking for up to 180 vehicles.
The property is owned by PJM Property Investments which acquired the site late last year and has since undertaken significant refurbishment works.
