First impressions count. Retain the excitement and enthusiasm you brought in the interview into your onboarding.

Communicate. Get the team involved, ask for opinions and implement their ideas.
Care about wellbeing, counselling, mental health support, exercise at work and teambuilding.
Offer progression, training and development. Purpose is vital to human beings.
Invest time, thought and resources. Incentivise and give them responsibility. Trust and delegate.
