Hospitality business advisory and consultancy service Savants is expanding its service in the North West with a presence in Blackpool.
It is also opening an office in Kendal to service the Lakes and has created ‘Project Re-Launch’ as the sector battles against the impact of coronavirus.
Business director Andrew Anthony said: “We are delighted to be opening a new office in Kendal to serve the Lake District and Cumbria, whilst also taking a presence in England’s most iconic resorts, Blackpool.
“We’ve 150 yearsof experience offering expert business advise to operators when they need it most.”
Savants' Blackpool and the Fylde operation will be based in Lancaster House on Amy Johnson Way.
Principle consultants Stephen Norfolk MIH and Paul Spencer are no strangers to the area or the industry, having more than 30 years’ combined experience in operating award-winning hotels, inns and restaurants all across the North West coastline and into The Lake District.
Paul Spencer said: “Local knowledge and national expertise has never been so important, especially for those who’ve recently taken advantage of the government grants and loan schemes.”
Stephen Norfolk added: “Now really is the time to take quality, informed advice and our depth in service means we can provide bespoke turnaround and restructuring solutions for tourism and all business sectors.”
Savants have hit the ground running with project Re-Launch, its business health check programme.
It included three ‘Kick Starter’ initiatives for those looking to take their first steps towards business ownership.
Savants says the processes can quickly identify customers’ needs, working alongside business owners and their advisers to agree a way forward.
