Home-grown talent promoted at Forbes

Forbes Solicitors is pleased to announce the promotion of a new partner and two associate solicitors, all of whom started their careers with Forbes.

Pauline Rigby has been promoted to partner within the business law team. She has been with Forbes for over 10 years and acts for clients from start ups and family run businesses and banks to financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

Both Nicola Beneduce and Nick Holgate have been promoted to associate solicitors within the commercial property and insurance departments respectively.

Nicola advises clients on all aspects of commercial property including commercial sales and purchases to drafting and negotiating leases for both landlord and tenants. Nick has a wide range of experience acting for both retail sector and local authority clients. John Barker, Forbes’ managing partner, said: “I am delighted to congratulate Pauline, Nicola and Nick on their promotions. All three of them are home grown talent, having undertaken their training contracts with Forbes’ before qualifying as solicitors.”
