Holker IT expands into Preston

Colne-based technology specialist Holker IT has expanded its reach after cutting the ribbon on a new home in Preston city centre.

The company's additional premises, within Cotton Court Business Centre on Church Street, allow Holker IT to better serve existing customers in central Lancashire and gives the company a platform for further growth throughout the region.

The move into Cotton Court, a converted Victorian building which began life as a spinning mill in 1851, is the next stage of the ambitious company's expansion plans.

"Not only will this put us in closer proximity to existing customers from Preston and surrounding towns, but it will also allow us to recruit even more customers from across the county. "Holker IT has grown significantly every year since its inception nearly a decade ago, and this next step will help us continue this trend at an even greater pace."
