Khalid Saifullah is to step as chair of the Hive business group after more than five years in the role.
He was inspirational in establishing the group in 2012 and has been chair since its launch.
Hive is a group of organisations running networking events, awards and steering groups with the aim of making Blackburn and Darwen a world-class town, building on its manufacturing heritage, young and ethnically diverse workforce and creative and innovative business community.
