High profile corporate lawyer joins Napthens

Regional corporate lawyer Gareth McIntegart has joined expanding law firm Napthens.

Gareth joins the Napthens’ corporate team and will use his 20 years’ experience in the Liverpool and wider North West markets to offer specialist advice to the firm’s existing clients and to further promote and develop the services of the firm, particularly across the Southport and Merseyside region where he is a well-known and respected member of the professional and financial services community.

As well as his role with Napthens, Gareth will also work more closely with longstanding Chorley-based client, Elitetele.com Plc where, as legal counsel, he will provide strategic advice to the Elite board on M&A and corporate related matters.
