Pilots who travel to Helispeed's Blackpool Airport training facility will be able to take advantage of the nearby five-star aparthotel in Lytham St Annes.
The two businesses have paired up to offer high-end accommodation for helicopter pilots while studying during their training.
Gemma Walker, operations director at HeliSpeed, said: “As a leading professional helicopter training academy and a globally recognised independent school for both beginners and experienced pilots, we needed somewhere that not only provided first-class accommodation but also somewhere that offers flexibility for the pilots who use our facility.
"With demand for commercial helicopter pilots as high as ever, we have a steady stream of new trainees attending our courses, who need somewhere comfortable to stay."
Julia Yates, owner of Hy Hotel, said: “Helispeed has built up a burgeoning reputation as being the country’s leading helicopter pilot service provider and we’re delighted to have signed this agreement.
"When we were designing the new aparthotel concept, we were conscious to combine the space and freedom of a self-catering apartment with the benefits of a 24-hour concierge team that will be on hand to sort out any requests, whatever the time of day.
"It’s the perfect mix of luxury and home and is the ideal place where the trainee helicopter pilots will be able to find the perfect respite from their hectic schedules."
