Harrison Drury solicitors has further strengthened its property and litigation expertise as three of the region’s most experienced lawyers join the firm.
Allan Sumner, Mike Fetherstone and David Barnes have taken up roles in the Lancaster office.Allan, Mike and David will assist a variety of clients across the UK and will help “take the firm to the next level” according to managing director John Chesworth.
Allan and Mike will advise Harrison Drury’s property clients on a wide range of matters including property development, acquisitions and disposals, property security and landlord and tenant transactions.Meanwhile, David, is a specialist in commercial contract and chancery litigation, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and will assist clients on complex contract, property and agricultural disputes. He will also provide specialist advice on contested probate and trust disputes, including disputed wills and inheritance claims.
