Harrison Drury appoints senior solicitor to commercial property team

Harrison Drury has appointed senior associate solicitor Sam Jones to its commercial property team.

Sam joins from Freeths, where he spent a year working as a senior associate in the real estate team. Before this, he worked for Knights in Manchester as a real estate associate solicitor for three years.

Sam will be based at the firm’s Preston office and will support clients across the region with a wide range of commercial property services.

His work includes advising banks, PLCs, SMEs and investors on matters including development work, estate management, landlord and tenant, funding and refinancing, and disposals and acquisitions.
