Harrison Drury appoints 'rising star' to Preston team

Harrison Drury has appointed senior associate solicitor Lucy Benton to its commercial property team in Preston.

Lucy will support the law firm's clients on a broad range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, and property finance matters.

In addition to this, Lucy has extensive knowledge of the hospitality and leisure sector, in particular working with hotels and hotel groups.

Lucy joins from Temple Heelis and is listed in the Legal 500 directory as a Rising Star and was also named Real Estate Rising Star of the Year at the publication’s Northern Powerhouse Awards 2024.
