Harrison Drury has appointed experienced associate solicitor Hannah Dickie to its growing employment team.
Hannah will be based across Harrison Drury's Preston and Lancaster offices, and will support the firm in advising clients on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law, from HR issues to employment tribunals.
She will also advise employers across the region on restructuring and redundancy issues, as well as providing HR training to businesses and education providers.
She previously worked at SDM Legal, where she spent five years. As well as her work advising employers, Hannah has also gained extensive experience representing employees, litigating redundancy protective award class actions and handling cases for discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing.
Hannah, a graduate of Nottingham Law School, is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, an industry body that promotes the best practice of employment law in the UK.
Roger Spence, employment partner at Harrison Drury, said: "Hannah’s specialist knowledge and experience working on diverse and complex cases will be incredibly valuable to our clients and we’re delighted she’s now part of our team.”
