Blackpool-based investment management and stockbroking firm, Hargreave Hale, is targeting growth after relocating it's head office to new 21,000 sq ft premises on Whitehills Business Park.
The company, which was recently named in the top 20 of the BDO Fast Track 100 list of the UK's fastest growing firms in The Sunday Times, saw an annual profit growth of 94.4 per cent with a turnover of £39.9m.
Stuart Brookes, managing director, said: "We wanted a building that was built for us, but remained convenient for our staff to get to with great transport links.
"We want to bring in the right people to fit in with our culture. We're looking to increase our headcount by around 15 this year and add that same number on locally year on year. "The skill set in the area has increased significantly and we have set up our own apprenticeship scheme, offering young people positions in the finance world. We currently have four apprentices and again are looking to grow that number as the business grows."
