Branding and marketing specialists, Happy Creative, have collaborated with Sheffield City Council to develop a brand identity for the council's Early Help service, an initiative aimed at supporting parents and families in the local area.
The Early Help service serves as a central point of contact, offering guidance on a wide range of issues, including autism support, breastfeeding advice, and access to local toddler groups.
The success of this branding initiative was underpinned by market research conducted by Happy’s research specialists. This included focus groups and one-on-one interviews with families throughout Sheffield. The qualitative insights gained from the research helped identify the unique needs and perspectives of the community, enabling Happy Creative to create a brand identity that engages with the service’s target audience.
To support the consistent application of the new brand, brand guidelines were also developed for Early Help. These guidelines provide clear guidance on how the brand is presented across all platforms, in terms of look and feel as well as tone of voice, ensuring a consistent brand identity at every touchpoint.
