The success of Breda Murphy's venture into frozen meals has seen it relocate into new state-of-the-art premises.
Breda was formerly the patron of her own award-winning restaurant before launching a frozen foods side business during the Covid-19 pandemic. This grew so rapidly that she closed her restaurant in 2023 to focus on expanding the new enterprise.
The frozen meals are now available from 10 retailers across the North West, for delivery across the UK from its new website, and now in-person at the new premises at Mitton Road Business Park near Whalley.
The new home includes a shop and deli stocking a variety of fresh and frozen meals alongside artisan food and gifts.
Breda explained: "The landscape for frozen food is changing and it’s become a vehicle for eating better, more mindfully and minimising waste whilst being savvy with the household budget.
"People have cut down on eating out and takeaways and are looking for quality food to eat at home. The beauty of our frozen meals is you don’t need to add preservatives to lengthen the shelf life of a product.”
