Fracking firm Cuadrilla has failed in its bid to gain permission to drill at Roseacre Wood.
Lancashire County Council's development control committee originally rejected Cuadrilla's proposals in 2015 stating that it would have "an unacceptable and potentially severe impact on the road network, both in terms of traffic and the increased danger to other road users."
The Secretary of State heard an appeal in 2017 and gave the company the opportunity to submit revised plans, however those have now also been rejected.
