After a difficult few months for all in the Lancashire economy, the signs are definitely there that the county is truly on the road to recovery.
Figures show around 3,500 new businesses were registered across Lancashire in less than two months from mid-May.
That’s amazing considering the difficulties businesses have faced in recent months and a huge testament to Lancashire as a place to do business, collaborate and grow.
It’s not surprising new businesses are choosing Lancashire, though.
We have established local supply chains across a range of sectors, brilliant universities training the Lancashire leaders of tomorrow and our businesses collaborate to find new opportunities and help each other.
The fact these fantastic entrepreneurs have chosen our county to start and grow means both the public and private sector must come together to ensure we are supporting them to thrive in every possible way
Whether it’s peer to peer networks, funding, support programmes or membership organisations, we need to ensure we are signposting all our business leaders to the right support to help them grow.
And I believe that conversation should start with Boost.
As well as our fantastic core programmes which can help businesses at every stage of their growth, we can also help firms to find the right support from all of our partners’ programmes across Lancashire.
The advice we give is fully-funded and we can help you with whatever stage you are at on your growth or recovery journey.
It all starts with a phonecall, so phone us on 0800 488 0057 to begin your conversation. You can also visit our website or sign up to our newsletter to get our latest news and support updates to your inbox.
