Lancashire marketing consultancy Freshfield has completed a rebranding project and launched a new website for planning and development firm PWA Planning.
The project has helped the growing practice reflect its depth of planning expertise in a number of sectors, including residential housing, industrial and commercial, sports stadia and healthcare.A wider PR and marketing campaign conducted by Freshfield has led to an increase in new business enquiries for PWA Planning.
Paul Walton, founder and director of PWA Planning, said: “We’d grown quickly as a business and our marketing presence no longer reflected our size or strength. By putting in place a more disciplined and concerted marketing campaign, our brand now looks more professional and established.“Most importantly, we’re getting great comments from clients and contacts and an increase in new business enquiries.”
Andrew Taylor, senior PR consultant at Freshfield, said: “A major part of this campaign has been helping PWA Planning to tell its story better. This has included a new tagline which helps to communicate its pivotal role in the development process and showing the array of successful projects and clients it works with.“The number of visitors to the website has increased 50 per cent since the start of 2016 and this is leading to an increase in new business enquiries.”
PWA Planning was established in 2013 by Paul Walton, a chartered town planner with more than 20 years of planning and development experience. The consultancy now has eight full-time staff and its projects include gaining planning permission for a 12,000 seater stadium, hotel and commercial development for Scunthorpe United and the £8m Eden Boys School in Preston.Enjoyed this?
