Preston-based PR firm Freshfield has been appointed to deliver a new brand communications campaign for Stanley Land and Homes.
Stanley is an established land buying and development company, that helps registered providers deliver vital new affordable homes in locations such as Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire.
The company was awarded ‘SME of the Year’ at the 2023 Northern Housing Awards.
Freshfield was initially appointed to undertake a Fresh Eyes consultancy project, a process that led to the development of a more powerful verbal identity and new website.
Tasked with bringing clarity the company's narrative, Freshfield proposed a change of name from Stanley Investments to Stanley Land and Homes, better reflecting the direction and purpose of the company while ensuring familiarity for existing clients.
The new website displays the refreshed identity as well as the wider social, economic and environmental benefits the company delivers through its work.
For the next phase, Freshfield is providing strategic PR and communications support across media relations, content marketing and social media management.
