Fresh Perspective Resourcing has recorded 30 per cent year on year growth on the way to its best-ever financial results.
The company was launched by sisters Laura and Emily Leyland six years ago and has found success with an unusual pricing model, which sees employers pay for time rather than the standard percentage or salary fees.
Fresh also offers additional services including online training through its Recruitment Academy, a strategic recruitment director services, a podcast which is nearing 100 episodes, and its own not-for-profit awards, The Freshies.
Fresh is based in premises in the heart of Chorley town centre which currently house a team of 11 but offer space for the company to more than triple in size, in line with its objective to exceed £1m turnover by its ten-year anniversary.
Laura Leyland, managing director said: "Without doubt, this has been a roller coaster of a ride since we set up our fledgling business in Emily’s kitchen! The past two years in particular have tested us to our very limits and so we are really proud of how we have not only survived the pandemic but actually emerged stronger, recording our best year to date!
"To reach a sixth birthday milestone is a real coup and is testament to the team we have around us and we can’t thank them enough for their commitment, dedication and passion for all things recruitment."
