Chorley-based Fresh Perspective Resourcing has made two appointments and three promotions as the team grows to serve increasing demand for its recruitment services.
The addition of talent seekers Tom Anderson and Rachael Watts takes total headcount to 12.
In addition, Cheryl Ashcroft who joined the company in August 2021 has been appointed as team lead, Andrea Nelson has been promoted to assistant team lead and Vicky Taylor is now senior team lead.
Emily Leyland, Fresh Perspective operations director, said: “Tom and Rachael have the right attitude and aptitude to work in recruitment and will be great additions to the team, I’m sure.
"Cheryl was a great fit for us from the start and has really developed during her time here, so the time was right to bump her up to the next level and we look forward to seeing her excel in the role.
Laura, Emily's sister and company co-founder, added: "Reaching a double-digit headcount is no mean feat for a small business and it’s an important milestone in the growth of Fresh Perspective.
"We have bold ambitions for the next 12 months and this shows we are already on the path to exceed our targets."
"Against the backdrop of the cost-of-living crisis and in the aftermath of the global Covid-19 pandemic, there’s burgeoning demand for good people, who are conversely getting harder to find!”
