Finance and HR specialist recruitment company Four Recruitment has announced it is moving to a new headquarters and its first self-contained office.
The company who also has offices in Blackburn and Manchester has signed a 10-year lease at Lower House Farm, located just off junction six of the M61 motorway.
Four is working with Chorley-based SDA Architects who are recreating the interior of the space which will include: a striking new reception area, large open plan office space with areas for internal meetings, a new training room to enable the company to train and develop new consultants, new external meeting rooms and a board room, staff chill out room equipped with games, pool table, televisions, pamper area and a fully equipped kitchen. It will also feature an outdoor entertainment area with seating, and barbeque to enable them to host a variety of employee and client events.
“It is perfectly located allowing us to be close to our Blackburn and Manchester offices and centrally located for client and employee meetings. It will provide us with a flagship headquarters and the training facilities to enable us to achieve our anticipated 75% growth over the next 12 months.” Four will move into Lower House Farm at the beginning of April.
