Forward Thinking bolsters team with new c-suite hire

With the goal of becoming ten-strong by the end of the year, the team at Forward Thinking is excited to announce the appointment of Jennie Henderson as director of customer experience, who will help spearhead the company's growth plans.

Jennie Henderson, whose experience in sales and customer services management will bring a whole new dynamic to the business and its customers, is also Andy's wife of 25 years. Her role will be to ensure the journey Forward Thinking takes its clients and members on is incredible, warming, and powerful.

Jennie joined the business in March and is charged with helping the team achieve its goals – to build a business community so large and strong that it has a voice that cannot be ignored and can lobby the government for better support for small businesses.
