Equity Housing Group has appointed Preston-based social housing contractor Forrest to deliver its responsive repairs and voids maintenance services for the next four years.
The agreement is valued at £1m per year and will cover routine, urgent and emergency repairs and maintenance.
Emergency and out of hours work to rectify minor and major property damage and restore essential services will also be provided.
