Lord Price is a Lancaster University alumnus and was appointed an honorary professorial fellow at the university last year.
He said: “I have fond memories of my time spent as a student in Lancaster, and I am delighted to be returning to deliver my debut lecture.“I will be talking about workplace happiness and why it matters so much to individuals, companies, and to wider society. Looking at the John Lewis Partnership model, I will discuss the factors that drive workplace happiness, and how businesses should measure employee happiness, and how to improve it.”
